The following Terms apply to all purchasers of domain(s) from DomainersBay.com under the name of ShareVision Intl. All purchasers are agreed to follow terms as they're entering this website.
1. Terms of Sales
A. Once the purchased domain is fully tranferred or in the process of transerring to purchaser, no refund will be made.
B. Domain price over $2,500 will be put into an escrow via Moniker.com or Escrow.com and both parties will follow their instruction for further transaction process.
C. Purchaser(s) must provide necessary information to DomainersBay.com in order to process the transaction. DomainersBay.com will not sell or rent your information to 3rd parties without your consent. Please see Privacy Policy for more details.
D. DomainersBay.com have a right to refuse sale and/or cancel the transaction at any time.
E. If the payment is made with eCheck, domain transferring process will not start until the check is cleared.
F. All domains under Sell By DomainersBay are owned by DomainersBay.com under the name of ShareVision Intl.
G. DomainersBay.com will display purchaser's name (Only first name and inital of last name if the purchaser is an individual) and sold date on our website.
2. Terms of 3rd Party Domain Listing
A. DomainersBay.com has a right to refuse any requests of 3rd party listing.
B. 3rd party domain listing requestor must be the owner of requesting domain and all of the personal information provided must be legible.
C. DomainersBay.com is not acting as an Agent and/or Broker to make the transaction happens for 3rd party domain listings. DomainersBay.com only lists 3rd party domains for the purchasers to have more choices of selecting their desired domain names.
D. Each purchaser and seller must perform their own investigation on each other's identity before performing any transactions.
E. DomainersBay.com strongly recommends to use Domain Escrow Service for any 3rd party domain listings for security of both parties.
F. DomainersBay.com will not be responsible and/or liable for any fraud activities, miscommunication, scammers, wrongful activies, and etc. on any 3rd party domain name transactions.
G. DomainersBay.com will reveal 3rd party listing information including seller's name, phone number, and email address for purchasers to contact directly to the seller.
H. All sellers at 3rd party domain listing must notify DomainersBay.com when their domain is sold.
I. DomainersBay.com will not accept domains with dash (-), sexual wording or letters, and a website that has sexual contents.
J. DomainersBay.com will only accept domains with .COM, .NET, and .ORG.
3. Terms of Payment
A. DomainersBay.com only accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, and eCheck.
B. All purchaser must follow the instruction and terms and condition on PayPal payment process page.
